Tamil Nadu Industrial Housing Private Limited (TNIHPL) is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) incorporated on 30th September 2022 with the shareholding pattern of SIPCOT (49%), TNIFMC (49%) & TIDEL (2%). TNIHPL is dedicated to providing sustainable and affordable housing solutions for industrial workers catering to demand especially in and around SIPCOT Industrial Estates, industrial clusters, and other needy locations across Tamil Nadu. TNIHPL facilitates the availability of safe and conveniently located accommodation facilities, duly supported with adequate social and ancillary facilities taking into account various factors like accessibility, proximity to the workplace, affordability, and other connected societal factors.
